Here are the results of a poll I conducted recently:
Hilarious highly photographic content -2 votes
Random mind musings -3 votes
Updates on various life events -2 votes
Incredibly lengthy and deep and sometimes random musings -5 votes
Short ones with jokes and other dirty content -2 votes
I'm happy that this poll was successful although it could of had far more votes. From here I will make at least two related posts including this one. This post will include a "Best of" previous posts that fall under the "Incredibly lengthy and deep and sometimes random musings." This is obviously subjective but I will try my best. This will give you readers some awesome material to read if you haven't read far back yet. Here they are, in no particular order.
Collective Unconscious: A very alchemical post ranging from my learning process in the life of singledom, various random things I was dealing with at the time, numerous dream interpretations, older men, jizz faces, and a couple film experiences.
"Love is an Ancient Delirium, a Desire Older Than Civilization.": This is a rather shorter post but still pretty good. This one covers a tiny glimpse into the story behind the name of this blog, stupid things I do in a relationship, my fascination with eyes, and more dream interpretations.
Sweet Fruits: This post includes fun and dirty fortunes, the growth of alchemy and my mind, my fascinations with keys and blood and gore, a creepy encounter, and the story behind my fanclub.
1000th Post!!!!!!!!!: This by far is the most epic post I've ever created. Indeed it was my 1000th post and served as a kind of digital gift to all my readers. If you haven't read it yet, you should definitely do so. This one ranges from a list of funny sites, tons of funny pictures, my interests with self control and addictions and sex, my love for texture and touching, my previous athletic self and present lazy self, my eyes, some beautiful and artful photos, my enjoyment of the sense of smell, my communication habits in regards to being hard of hearing, ducks, little boys, more awesome photos of myself, the interpretation of my name, excerpts from my astrology bible about Scorpios, and finally some pretty revealing entries of my Love Your Tree journal.
Stand and Feel Your Worth: This is a pretty awesome post that I had fun writing and became kind of a rant since I was irritated from the start of it. Nothing wrong with that, strong emotions always get the best writings out of me. So this one consists of my annoyances with current political activity that was going on in the country and gay rights, my discomfort of dancing and singing in front of others and when others do it, terminology used referring to the deaf and hard of hearing that makes me want to punch people, and a list of things I take pride in and why.
Connect 15: This post covers 15 random unrelated things, some deep or some just are updates of current events. Coverage includes my birthday plans, my second experience with seeing Scorpius Dance Company's Vampire Tale and my love for vampires, my experience attending a fetish ball and the state fair, seeing the third Jackass film, my relation with the novella Shopgirl, dreams, a handful of interesting current articles, and so on.
At Immediate [Lengthy] Attention: This is very similar in fashion to the Connect 15 post. I discuss the origin of the handshake, more on gay rights, some music experiences, some experiences I had in California, the upcoming event of one of my favorite band coming to town for my birthday, a hilarious video about handjobs, funny photos, anatomical references/art, anthropology, the film Easy A, etc.
Sunshine Cleaning: This isn't a very long or entirely all over the place post but one of the deepest posts I've published. I describe the experience of watching the film Sunshine Cleaning which brought out a lot of emotions in me, mostly attributed to my relationship with my mother. I talk at probably the most depth about that relationship in that post than I ever have.
Sociology of Deviance: This post consists of several discussion board posts I made in my Sociology of Deviance class. All the topics I referred to are those I find incredibly significant and really hope you guys read it.
Bright Like the Sun: An all over the place post which I find enjoyable to read. It includes a funny prank video, some little observations, my hair color, my love for reading, sexual predictions, the unknown, Madonna/whores and Scorpios, lone enjoyment, and the wonders of the mind.
What Inspires Me: This is a list of descriptions of things that inspire me artistically. This post was nearly two years ago, so it doesn't have nearly as much depth as it could have. Needless to say, I should probably draft a newer and more profound version of this post.
The Very Things That Make You Live are Killing You: I remember writing this while on campus in between classes. I discussed some school projects, my distaste for armpits, my fascination with metal, the worldly love for water, touching lyrics, my views on some people who move to different states, my love for the blind and the deaf, experiences with so called adults, and so on.
Time Crunch & Eyedeas: This is a fun read because it starts off with me being pissed off and you can watch the heat dissipate towards the end of the post. The happier parts of the post refer to the intensity of my eyes and my day to day experiences with others, and my brother and I's childhood nicknames.
We Belong to the Sound of Words: This post is one of which I consider myself to be in a poetic mood. I love that I can nearly relive those feelings when I reread these posts. I discuss and share some beautiful images, my obsession with seeing things how they are, the complexity of my mind and my posts, yearbook memories and Dr. Pepper, television sitcoms, my views on love, and other randomness.
Mental Leakage: The title speaks for itself. Leakage of funny photos, hookah fun times, my digital pet peeves, Ellen episodes, deaf events and deafness, and music therapy.
Love Your Tree: I've referenced this post several times for it means a lot to me. I quoted Eve Ensler's book The Good Body and gave my own emotional response to it. It's definitely a good read for when I need to be revamped in bodily love.
Black Light District: This is a title of a song of which I posted lyrics. This post ended up being mostly sexual in some sort of way, from dreams of split tongues, my voyeurism with kissing in film and my own personal experiences/views of it, and hedonism.
Insomnious Thoughts: This starts off with some disagreeable dream interpretations, onto random thoughts, sex, rejection, emphasis on what touch and affection and control is to me, rudeness and conversations, and finally Sparky.
Temptress: A post of tangents on my sexuality and its effect on others and then my plans for after graduation.
"I Wasn't Lost, or Frozen, or Gone... I Was Alive; I Was Alive in My Own Perfect World.": The title refers to a line from the novel The Lovely Bones. The post talks a bit about the book and the film. Then I go on to discuss several random things and a dream.
Now pretty please make my time in composing this post worth it by going back and reading some of these posts that I've listed. I went back and read these posts to describe them enough to hook you into reading them. If you would so wish, let me know which posts you particularly enjoyed most.
