Air

Rarely, I actually get on a computer. One that is personal. When I do, that is when I check my bookmarks, check the news, the highlights, of wherever my mood takes me. Usually, it's when I check my email on a computer... The now former way most people get their news [it's only social media these days for the young and not young folk], that I catch up on the world. I checked it in between writing my previous post and opened a tab that I would get to when I was done writing. I watched, I read. I am drowning in tears now.

When Breath Becomes Air

I saw a snippet of the article first, saved it for later. Then I watched this, I had music on still from writing so I only read the subtitles of the video. All the more making the experience intense for me. Then I bought the book on Amazon. Read the forward in my Kindle app [which you get for free while waiting for the book to ship]. Now my eyes are raw. These experiences, how each moment leads to the next in a specific way, are things I appreciate about life. The music, still playing as each stimulation changes. This man, a man of science [life and death] and of literature [I've been writing all night, still desiring to write a book in life]. It all adds up. I'm not advertising. Only sharing an experience. Mine and theirs.

Death is the road to awe
