The astronomy picture of the day is absolutely stunning and taken from the place which I call home. Arizona. This captures the Sun's position the day after the Spring Equinox. Finally, we are back to equal day light and night time hours. Oh how happy this weather makes me.I'm at the library currently and getting nothing really productive done at all. These windows kill me. But I know that is a lot of why I come here.
I'm still less than a hundred pages away from finishing my book for class which I have less than a week to finish the paper on it. I should smack myself. But then again, I'm not really concerned considering this class is really easy and I've had the teacher a couple times before and papers are generally very easy as well as she is an easy grader.
Although I have a lot more to say [I have been saying that a lot lately] hopefully I can get this paper done and keep myself from not posting so much here this week.
This is officially my last full day of spring break. I'm off back to the working world tomorrow and school Tuesday. I can definitely say that it was a wonderful spring break. I got to spend time with each of my friends and made the most of it. Sleep and productivity was what I got the least of. But that's alright.
Meet me on the Equinox
Meet me halfway
The sun is perched at its highest peak
In the middle of the day
Let me give my love to you
Let me take your hand
As we walk in the dimming light
Oh, darling understand
That everything, everything ends
That everything, everything ends
Meet me on your best behavior
Meet me at your worst
For there will be no stone unturned
Or bubble left to burst
Let me lay beside you, darling
Let me be your man
And let our bodies intertwine
But always understand
That everything, everything ends
That everything, everything ends
That everything, everything, everything ends
A window
An opened tomb
The sun crawls across your bedroom
A halo
A waning moon
Your last breaths moving through you
As everything, everything ends
As everything, everything ends
As everything, everything, everything,
everything, everything, everything ends
Meet me on the Equinox
Meet me halfway
When the sun is perched at its highest peak
In the middle of the day
Let me give my love to you
Let me take your hand
As we walk in the dimming light
Oh, darling understand
