Umbrella Ella Ella

I love seeing people in bookstores and libraries. It excites me that people still read.

I came across a Borat book the other day. Again, I had to control myself from buying it. Books are basically my guilty pleasure...minus the guilty, plus the impulsive spending. I have this sense of happiness when surrounded by books and just so when I buy them. I can't read books online or check them out temporarily. I have to own them, because I'll usually always read them over and over. Books never get old, especially astrology ones. As you age and mature and acquire more experiences in life, the books have newer, different meanings to them or could just simply mean more. I've read I Am Legend at least three times, the same for Twilight. I even just enjoy talking about them, hence the many posts regarding them. Speaking of books, my cousin got a birthday gift from his friend, called The Game, click the link because you are about to laugh your ass off. If you've ever seen a show on VH1 called The Pickup Artist, then you know mostly what this book is about. I've actually seen a couple episodes, as "trashy" as the subject may be, it's highly intriguing and I wouldn't mind reading the book either. The friend who bought the book was telling me a little about it and giving me some examples of which even I would agree would work.

Today was a long boring day at work which oddly enough everyone was nice. No one pissed me off today, with the exception of my coworker, as usual. Everyone trusted my opinion and was grateful for it. At last a good day in that aspect!

While studying some archaeology yesterday I briefly learned a bit about some bodies which were extremely well preserved. So well that their tattoos were still visible, and not only is that awesome but the tattoos themselves. These bodies are also dated from 400 BC. With all those awesome facts aside, the style of the tattoos particularly strike me, they're sleeves! And they're beautiful! Here is the skin itself:
In fact, there are a lot of people now days who are getting tattoos similar to those of these Pazyryk bodies/mummies.
I also wanted to post this video that a friend showed me awhile back. It's been stuck in my head.

I like this take on Umbrella, however, I could have done w/out the Rhianna video in the background. Totally distracting.
