You Pull Me Through Time

I just saw Year One in the three dollar theater. It's funny seeing stuff like that when you're an anthropology student. I find it even more humorous. I've seen three films in two days. I've realized that all I've felt like doing is staying out of the house, watching films and Heroes, and a lot of reading. I don't even really feel like being around people. I'm partially unsure of why. It's probably that I'm just in my shell currently, and also after the complete hecticness of the last two weeks, I feel a dire need to settle. I'm sure I'll come out of it next week or so. Regardless, I'm enjoying this and I've been reading so much lately. Ah! I love it! I'm currently reading The Notebook, heh. More than halfway through. I'm still waiting for the third of the Sleeping Beauty trilogy I was reading prior to The Notebook. But I do need to focus on the readings for class, which I haven't really started yet. Hopefully I'll do that tomorrow. I am letting a friend borrow I Am Legend. We texted briefly about it and I came to find out that What Dreams May Come, a film that a couple friends have been trying to get me to watch, was based off a book by the same author. Richard Matheson is utterly amazing, his writing in I Am Legend is beyond words. I had no idea and I am overly anxious about this information. I want to see this film even more, and will definitely purchase the book. Like I always say, if only I had more time.

I still need to buy The Fountain novel, I accidentally bought the book that is basically pictures and the screenplay of the film but not the actual novel. I'll do that soon, scratch that, I just ordered it. "All these years, all these memories, there was you. You pull me through time."
I wish I could find a picture online of the tattoos from The Fountain...I'll have to do my henna again soon.
