Artsy Pants

I just did a post on my deviantART and hence need to do so here as well. I finished my painting!

And also got a photo of another piece I've forgotten to take a better photograph of.

Here is some of the process, it just reminds me of neon lights or even a billabong shirt design or something

Here is a self portrait I started in May 2006 and finished March 2007. This painting started when Tool's 10,000 Days was released and I listened to solely that during the beginning of the painting process. I've never worked so fast and so eagerly on a painting in my life. I stopped working on it for quite some time and finally finished it slowly but surely. The image of my face was taken from a photo that was highly contrasted that was taken many years ago.

I need to sleep, I can't wait for tomorrow.
