The interesting thing is, the special ed summer school is held at my high school. I've been on the campus since I've graduated but as a visitor, rather than a worker. Not to mention the school has been remodeled since after I graduated. I hate it. But that's not the topic of this discussion.
I am an aid for the boy that I've already been watching this summer. Luckily we're both involved in the same school district so it works for the both of us. I have a job, and he has an aid that knows him well.
This summer school is only for 3 weeks, 4 days a week, 4 hours a day. It almost seems pointless, but I understand it. It's nice for me to do something a little different for a while too.
Regular school starts in one month. I'm very nervous, yet looking forward to it too. I'm nervous because supposedly our number of students will double. I feel like that will be far too much going on. I'm a little scared, but we'll see how it turns out. Either way I look forward to getting off work early again.
This is a very choppy post, and I keep staring at it trying to think of what else I want to say about the matter. There really isn't anything that I feel like getting into, that's related at least. So I'll probably make another post soon. I also wanted an excuse to post the photo above. I found it on my local radio station's website. But the one below is my favorite so far.
