Urban Laboratory

So my trip...well it was amazing and extremely well needed. I was exhausted yet rested all at the same time and my mind became mush at the end of it. I would absolutely love to go back. My boyfriend and I spent the first two nights at Arcosanti and then our last day in Jerome. For privacy reasons, I am not posting pictures of my boyfriend. I didn't take a whole lot of pictures for I wanted to really enjoy nature instead of letting the lens get in between us. But please, don't forget to click for larger views of the photos.

Here we arrived in Arcosanti just in time to watch the sunset from this breathtaking cliff spot.

The special one has his own set of memories for Boone's Farm, so we then created some more.

While I decided to sleep in, he went to his spot to watch the sun rise and took photos of his adventures.

For an hour or so while waiting for him to get back I was sitting outside our hotel room while reading and staring off into space. This tree captured a lot of my attention and I later found out that the special one has a special spot there which we later visited. The tree has a very Fountainesque significance to me.

I was admiring the architecture of Arcosanti.

This would be the cliff we approached and climbed.

I thought it would be a great idea to take a picture of me and my butt crack on a cliff side.

Literature advertisement. Oh yeah.

Yummy organic buffet available to us all weekend.

Another sunset viewing, with real wine this time.

I woke up to watch the sun rise this time around.

On our way to Jerome.
Road trip+dirty jokes=good times.

The entrance window of the Spirit Room.

Men's restroom graffiti at the Spirit Room.

More dirty jokes available to me in my own restroom adventures.

The lovely view from the Haunted Hamburger overlooking Jerome.

Nomstein, the cheapest thing from the Jerome Puscifer store with my new Puscifer purse in the background. Aww, he has pukez.

Rock Springs jail...all just for the pies...damn pies.
