New Times

Got most of my grades back, C+ in linguistics, B in principles of archaeology, and an A in Pleistocene archaeology. Just waiting for my professor to grade our final papers for my women's studies class. I have a month of vacation and then a semester of what I feel will be fun classes and a little break from anthropology. It's not that anthropology is getting old, it's more so archaeology that is. All the classes I ever take for that overlap and I'm tired of learning the same things over and over. But the classes I will be taking are philosophy of art, witchcraft and heresy in Europe, courtship and marriage, and women and social change. I'm pretty much most excited for the courtship and marriage class, partly due to the good reviews of the professor but also because of my stance on marriage and how this will give me more knowledge to further feel the way I do.

Today is the winter solstice, officially daylight times are shorter than night time. The Sun also entered Capricorn. And in case I forget to say, there is a lunar eclipse on New Year's Eve, however people in America will not be able to enjoy it.

Oh and I lied, my dreads are almost 6 months old, not over 6 months old.

So far, life has been good.
