"Everything is Backwards Now, Like Out There is the True World and in Here is the Dream"

Avatar has won my heart. I will most likely be seeing it again, in IMAX or 3D or both, who knows. Visually, it is just so fucking beautiful. I could cry and I did cry. I want to be a part of that world, that I know. I also want to make a painting similar to the Na'vi people, because it is their beauty that ultimately attracted me to this film in the first place. Oh those eyes. The story very much reminds me of Fern Gully, and if you know me, you know that I absolutely love Fern Gully. I could imagine the critique one may have of the story, but I personally appreciated every aspect of the film. As an anthropology lover, I have great respect and appreciation for different cultures and understand the importance of their survival. This film portrays a large theme of biodiversity and of the energy in the world. It's absolutely beautiful. In fact, I totally feel like sitting through another 2.7 hours of it right now. The film also made me realize my fascination with tribal style. I love it. I love how the body is as it naturally should be. The hair and all the accessories. I wouldn't mind looking like that everyday. I'm so lost, lost in the movie and I don't want to come back. And as I have mentioned before, Australian actor, Sam Worthington, is pretty damn awesome. And I love reading his lips. Damn Australians. He is also going to be in the upcoming film Clash of the Titans, which I saw a poster for. I strongly recommend the film if you want to be visually stimulated. It's a jizzfest!
