Oddly this is my 666th post, and the title was the title I planned on putting prior to finding out what post this was about to be. The title refers to a line in Heroes. I started watching the second season tonight, thanks a friend who is sharing it with me. I'm happy about how that worked out. Happy to see Sylar and Peter Petrelli in my life again. I also thought it would be appropriate to mention the constant obsession with the "devil" in the past few episodes I watched, I even said so while watching it. I find it amusing how people greatly affiliated with religion associate bad/cursed with the devil. This is a vague statement but there is an example in the show that is more what I'm thinking of which involved a "sickness." In reality, some things aren't curses, when will they ever be considered "miracles"?
My hearing is definitely not a curse, the treatment and assumptions made in regard to it, those are the curse.
Today my friend and I, aside from eating amazing food and watching Heroes, watched some of Greg Behrendt's stand up and some of Nick Swardson again as well. When I have more time to waste [which I technically never do] I'll post some videos. So many lines I wish I could save in my mind.
I'm sooo looking forward to new Dirty Jobs tomorrow, and some star gazing with a friend. And too see my distraction.
