Phoenix and Tempe at least got it pretty fucking hard. Sewages around my house are backed up with water, shit is everywhere and power outages on every other street or so. There were 85mph winds and a lot of rain. I just got to campus and my parking lot alone has every tree destroyed and broken, then walking towards campus, every other tree is pulled out of the ground or broken. Not to mention I still have power in my house, but my cable/internet got destroyed.
The things I saw before the rain last night were one of the most amazing sights of the sky I've ever witnessed. Yay for hurricanes passing through...
