I just now realized a little connection. When I was younger one of my most watched films was Batman, with Nicholson as the Joker. My brother and I watched that on VHS so many times that the tape itself wasn't working correctly anymore. And here I am now, finding myself completely obsessed with The Dark Knight. Maybe I have a thing with movie characters having painted faces :p Either way, I can't deny the force of this film on me. Well, now I'm off to finally see American Psycho, after all these years of wanting to see it.
